Sustainable Development Goals
At rcoach, through our Corporate Responsibility strategy, we are committed, together with thousands of companies around the world, to support and promote the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) proposed by the UN to achieve a better global society for all.
In September 2015, 193 countries within the framework of the United Nations approved the 17 Sustainable Development Goals to end poverty, protect the planet and ensure that all people enjoy peace and prosperity in the next 15 years.
We are aware of the impact that, as an Anti-Aging School, we have on society and of our ability to help people improve their lifestyle in a healthy and environmentally sustainable way. For this reason, all our initiatives promote positive social change, in order to contribute to social progress.
Our Commitment to the SDGs
We are committed to meeting the following goals and creating awareness in as many people as possible:
Compliance with SDG 2
Through our free lectures, courses and workshops, we re-educate people to make changes in their daily lives. Thus, they will be able to make sustainable decisions about food.
Also, we support healthy nutrition for all and teach to fight against food waste, regardless of financial resources.
In addition, we actively participate in the Nourish the Children initiative to sustainably address the problem of child hunger. We donate VitaMeal to a non-profit organization that specializes in distributing aid to the undernourished and hungry in underdeveloped countries.
Compliance with SDG 3
We work daily to promote the well-being of all. We are an example to follow in making sustainable decisions. On the other hand, we raise awareness, without discrimination, in as many people as possible about the importance of good health and a healthy lifestyle.
Committed to SDG 4
We improve the quality of life of people, giving access to inclusive and equitable education. Thus, we supply the population with truthful and scientifically proven information to adopt healthy habits that last over time.
We ensure that all our students acquire the theoretical and practical knowledge necessary to promote sustainable development.
Committed to SDG 5
We collaborate with Women’s Associations to achieve gender equality. We help them improve their lifestyles to enjoy greater personal well-being, and maintain respectful and healthy relationships with them.
In line with SDG 6
We optimize the use of water through the use of water bottles, recycling and other saving devices in the home that we use as an office.
In line with SDG 7
We work and carry out the maximum number of activities and meetings outdoors to take advantage of the sunlight.
We have solar panels in the office for self-consumption and a collaboration to promote the optimization of energy use.
Meeting SDG 8
We make available to companies – regardless of their size and their commercial activity – training courses and workshops. We promote actions aimed at achieving a personal-professional balance, which guarantee a safe and risk-free work environment for all workers.
We achieve that companies reach higher levels of economic productivity, by promoting, in a creative and innovative way, the personal development of workers, through quality improvement and ergonomic methods applied to social welfare.
Meeting SDG 10
We carry out free health and wellness workshops for people at Risk of Social Exclusion in collaboration with schools and associations.
Betting on SDG 12
We educate people to adopt sustainable practices and promote prevention, reduction, recycling and reuse practices to considerably reduce the generation of waste.
Betting on SDG 13
We promote and use public transport, mobility on foot and the use of bicycles as sustainable means of transport. As a last resort, the use of the individual and / or private vehicle.
In addition, we work and maintain telematic meetings, both with our clients and collaborators to avoid unnecessary transfers.
Importance of SDG 15
We carry out healthy experiences to connect people with the rural environment and promote issues such as caring for wildlife or reforestation.
